The rapid growth of artificial intelligence (AI) has accelerated discoveries across diverse scientific fields. Although
the biomedical, behavioral, and clinical sciences are prime for AI integration into research and practice, many domain
experts have limited understanding of foundational AI systems and rapid training opportunities for research are
limited. Our innovative AI Passport for Biomedical Research program aims to bridge this gap, equipping researchers with essential AI skills.

AI Passport for Biomedical Research is a foundational training program designed to empower predoctoral trainees and earlycareer investigators to integrate AI into biomedical & behavioral research and clinical practice.

Over four weeks, participants will explore the fundamentals of AI under the guidance of leading AI researchers and faculty, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and reflect on innovative ways to integrate AI into their research.

See

Learn the fundamentals
of AI and large language
models (LLMs) in clinical
and biomedical settings with
didactic training videos.

Practice

Reinforce and apply
“microskills” efficiently with
case study notebooks using
real-world medical scenarios

Reflect

Reflect how to integrate new
skills into your research or
clinical practice & and offer
