The rapid growth of artificial intelligence (AI) is undeniably accelerating discoveries across diverse scientific fields. In particular, the potential within the biomedical, behavioral, and clinical sciences is particularly promising. However, despite this potential, many domain experts currently have limited understanding of the foundational AI systems that could revolutionize their work. Moreover, opportunities for rapid, focused training in AI for researchers are scarce.

AI Passport directly addresses this critical gap. Rather than simply introducing AI concepts, the program equips researchers with the essential skills needed to integrate these technologies into their research and clinical practice. The program recognizes that realizing the full benefits of AI in these fields requires a workforce that is fluent in its principles and capable of effective application. It’s about empowering researchers to become active participants in the AI revolution, rather than simply observing from the sidelines. This initiative aims to be a foundational step in unlocking a new era of AI-driven biomedical discovery.
